What to Include in Your Request

When submitting the Custom Design Request form below, please include as much of the following information as possible:

  • Jewelry type: bracelet, earrings, necklace, set, or other
  • Size: wrist size or preferred fit, if applicable
  • Colors: favorite colors or color combination
  • Style: simple, elegant, bold, sporty, faith-inspired, seasonal, or other
  • Special details: initials, theme, meaningful elements, or other design requests
  • Occasion: birthday, team gift, holiday, celebration, everyday wear, or other
  • Budget range: your preferred price range
  • Needed-by date: if you have a specific deadline
  • Inspiration: describe your idea or upload an inspiration image, color palette, outfit, or existing DBSA piece.

How the Custom Order Process Works

1. Submit Your Request
Complete the Custom Design Request form below and share as many details as possible about the piece you have in mind.

2. We Review Your Idea
We’ll review the design request and confirm available materials, sizing, estimated price, and timing.

3. Approve the Design & Quote
Once the design details and price are agreed upon, we’ll prepare your private Shopify order.

4. Secure Payment
You’ll receive a private Shopify invoice or checkout link for your custom piece.

5. Made with Love
Your custom piece is handcrafted with care and prepared especially for you.

Important Custom Order Notes

  • Submitting a request does not require you to purchase.
  • Custom pricing depends on design details, materials, size, and complexity.
  • Availability of specific beads, charms, or materials may vary.
  • Turnaround time will be confirmed before payment.
  • Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, custom-order return or exchange options may be limited.
