We want you to feel confident when ordering from Designs By Stacie Ann. Because our jewelry and accessories are handcrafted, produced in limited quantities, or created specifically for the customer, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Ready-Made Items

Ready-made items are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind after purchase.

Custom Orders

Custom pieces are created specifically for you based on the design details, sizing, colors, materials, and other information approved during the custom-order process.

Once the design and price have been agreed upon and payment has been completed, custom orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at designsbystacieann@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name and order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item

We will review the information and work with you on an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement or exchange. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.

Opening Your Package

Please use care when opening your package. Before cutting into any packaging, make sure the jewelry or accessory has settled away from the area being cut to help prevent accidental damage.

Damage caused while opening the package is not considered a product defect.
