Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, email us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order at designsbystacieann@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
